Sound Bath and Talisman Reading

Join us every for an hour of sound healing at Prairie Hope Wellness. Our sound bath begins with a short guided meditation and then immerses you in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. A one hour session beginning with a short guided meditation followed by a sound bath session using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with other musical instruments providing you with deep relaxation. Sister Silver Tarot will be offering a talisman reading at the end of the session. a Bring your own blanket, eye mask, yoga mat, and anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down for an hour, whether it's a pillow or a weighted blanket. It's the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate in the middle of the week.
